Kremona Sofia SCT

Est. 1924. Kremona boasts a rich heritage spanning a hundred years in crafting exceptional guitars. After World War I, the founder, Dimitar Georgiev, earned a luthier apprenticeship and honed his skills in building string instruments in Markneukirchen, a renowned luthier town in Germany. In 1924, he founded a small luthier studio and called it Kremona. A century later, the workshop remains faithful to the German luthier tradition.

An American red cedar top with warmth and articulation is paired with sustainable West African sapele for a vibrant and balanced sound in Sofia. Edged in birch with fine rosewood purfling, this handcrafted instrument of all-solid wood offers an appearance as beautiful as its sound.
